Steppe Business Club
Aim.
Build.
Release.
A community of operators in Kazakhstan and the wider region who treat their businesses with the same precision as the archers who once moved across this land — patient, deliberate, exact in their aim.
Manifesto
We don't run on hype. We run on aim.
Most business communities sell access. We help operators build. The members of Steppe Business Club are people running real companies — coffee shops, manufacturing, software, retail, agro — and we care about what works in the next quarter, not what sounds good on a panel.
Modern tools change the floor, not the ceiling. The same instinct that made steppe traders precise about weight and grade now makes our residents precise about cohorts, unit economics, and which agent to deploy first. The tools are new. The discipline isn't.
What we do
Four formats. One discipline.
Monthly working sessions
Members bring real numbers and real problems. We unpack one business per session in depth and walk out with a list of moves.
Hackathons and build sprints
When a tool changes the game, we build with it together. Agents, automation, growth experiments — running, not theoretical.
AI playbooks for residents
Every hackathon, every working session produces templates. Residents get them first, with help installing them in their own stack.
Peer reviews with teeth
We review each other's plans before they ship. Honest, structured, and on the record. No social politeness, no anonymous critique.
Residency
For operators who already ship.
Residency is invitation-based. We look for owners and operators with at least one year of running their business, a clear product or service, and the appetite to engage with peer review. There's no fee tied to size of revenue — what matters is the willingness to bring real numbers to the table and to use what other residents share.
- Monthly working sessions, in person and online.
- Early access to AI playbooks built at our hackathons.
- Quarterly peer reviews of strategy, hiring, and pricing.
- Direct access to fellow members across industries.

Aim. Build. Release.
The next session starts where the last one ended.
